ClassroomSync
ClassroomSync is a platform that provides students with a suite of tools on their personal devices and enables teacher to get status updates to what their students are doing on their phones in class. We use a method of Non-Intrusive Monitoring that summarizes the students location within the app and relays that information to the teacher in a easy and quick display
ClassroomSync was started in Collin's freshmen year at the Univserity of Florida. It was built on the realization that schools spend hundreds of thousands of dollars maintaining a fleet of computers where there could be a simple alternative by allowing students to use their own devices that they bring with them every day during school. This was Collin's first venture in which he formed and maintained a team of fellow UF students

Remarkable Roads
What started out as an experiment in a stylized map of his hometown, Deland FL. Has turned into a full fledged business that utilizes in-house proprietary developed software and open-source databases to create the designs. Our competitive advantage is that we offer our maps in several colors and we have an ever increasing quantity of locations since our software makes it easy to create maps. Collin used his knowledge in economics from the University of Florida to create a optimal pricing model to provide a theoretical highest profit.

From the passion of wanting to convert a school bus into an RV came a concept for a transportation-based party bus that could cater to University of Florida's students. The bus aims to give a different experience than any other limo- or party-bus by offering a true house on wheels. The bus will be built from solid wood and have all the amenities of a house. Collin was able to fundraise the amount needed to buy and convert the bus. But due to the outbreak of COVID-19, this business idea was scrapped due to complications with many people inside of a bus and the changing preferences of possible customers.
